Ten jobs nobody wants, done properly
Opening every carton. Matching every serial number. Deciding what a scratched unit is actually worth. It’s slow, unglamorous work, and skipping it is what quietly drains the value out of returned inventory.
Everything we can take off your hands
Most clients start with one of these and add others once they see what the first one turns up.
We can cover the whole journey — the unit arriving, getting checked, getting graded, and going back out again — or just the part you’re struggling with.
Inbound Quality Control — IBQC
Check it before you sign for it
Once you’ve accepted a consignment, every problem in it is yours. Wrong serial numbers, a missing remote, a crushed corner, paperwork that doesn’t match the pallet. Cheaper to find at the dock than at stock count.

Outbound Quality Control — OBQC
The last look before it leaves
A unit that goes out wrong comes back wrong, and you pay the freight both ways plus the complaint. Thirty seconds at the dispatch bay is the cheapest thirty seconds in the building.
- ✓ Product condition
- ✓ Packaging quality
- ✓ Accessories
- ✓ Labels
- ✓ Serial numbers
- ✓ Dispatch documentation
- ✓ Shipment readiness
Product Inspection and Grading
The system grades it, not the floor team
An unopened box and a unit with a cracked panel are not the same asset. Our inspectors record the aesthetic and functional condition of each unit; the system then applies predefined grading logic and generates the grade automatically. Nobody at the bench decides it, which is what keeps grading consistent across shifts and sites.

- ✓ Functional status
- ✓ Packaging condition
- ✓ Accessories and components
- ✓ Repair requirements
- ✓ Refurbishment potential
- ✓ Resale readiness
Pre-Delivery Inspection — PDI
Catch it here, not at the customer’s door
A dented panel found in the warehouse costs you a repack. The same dent found by the customer costs you the delivery, the pickup, the replacement and a bad review.

- ✓ Packaging
- ✓ Accessories
- ✓ Functional readiness
- ✓ Installation-related requirements
- ✓ Dispatch documentation
Demo and Installation Services
Fitted properly, and explained before we leave
The right installation makes all the difference. A good share of “faulty” returns are products that were fitted wrong or never explained. Our trained technicians install the unit at the customer’s door, demonstrate it, and answer questions before they go.

Return Fraud Detection
Is it the same unit that went out?
An older model in a newer box. A working unit swapped for a dead one. The charger quietly kept. None of this is exotic — it’s routine, and it only gets caught if somebody checks the serial number rather than the label on the carton.

Warehouse Quality Audits
The same problem, every month
When the same fault keeps showing up, it’s rarely the products. It’s a step somebody skips at 6pm when the shift is ending. We walk the floor and find where that’s happening.

Reverse Logistics
From the doorstep to your dock
Returns go missing in the gaps — between the pickup and the vehicle, the vehicle and the warehouse, the warehouse and the system. Someone has to own each handover. That’s the whole job.
- ✓ Return pickup coordination
- ✓ Product verification
- ✓ Shipment documentation
- ✓ Transportation support
- ✓ Warehouse delivery
- ✓ Status tracking
- ✓ Closure updates
Refurbishment and Inventory Recovery
Some of it just needs a clean and a new box
Before anything gets written down to scrap value, it’s worth asking what it would take to make it sellable again. Sometimes a part. Sometimes a carton. Sometimes genuinely nothing.
- ✓ Functional assessment
- ✓ Repair routing
- ✓ Refurbishment coordination
- ✓ Cleaning and repackaging
- ✓ Accessory completion
- ✓ Resale-readiness checks
- ✓ Re-dispatch support
Bulky Goods and Appliance Recovery
The heavy, awkward ones
You can’t put a refrigerator on a table and turn it over. Big appliances need different handling, different tests and more people, and moving one twice because the first check was rushed is expensive.
- ✓ Refrigerators
- ✓ Washing machines
- ✓ Air conditioners
- ✓ Televisions
- ✓ Large appliances
We check whether it runs, what it looks like, what’s missing from the box, what installation it needs and whether a repair is worth doing.
Returns Processing and Closure
Start to finish, with the trail intact
If you’d rather hand over the whole thing: we take the unit from arrival to final decision, and everything that happened to it in between stays on record.
- ✓ Product registration
- ✓ Inspection
- ✓ Evidence capture
- ✓ Grading
- ✓ Recovery routing
- ✓ Refurbishment status
- ✓ Re-dispatch
- ✓ Liquidation support
- ✓ Recycling coordination
- ✓ Closure reporting
Every decision has a photo attached
What we can capture against each unit:
Because the grade is generated from recorded condition rather than opinion, it can be reproduced. When a write-down is questioned months later, you can show the photographs, the condition captured and the logic that produced the grade.
