We started because nobody was checking
Companies had spent years getting delivery right. Returns came back to a corner of the warehouse where somebody eyeballed them and made a guess. We thought that was worth fixing.
What we’re trying to do
Make sure a returned product is judged on what it actually is, not on how much time somebody had that afternoon.
Where we want to get to
To be the people businesses across India call when returns have become a problem they can’t explain.
The gap we kept running into
Reverse Green Technologies Private Limited started in Delhi, out of something we kept seeing on other people’s warehouse floors.
Forward logistics was solved. Scanners, SLAs, dashboards, the lot. Then the same product came back and landed in a pile at the back of the building, where the process was whoever was free that afternoon.
So perfectly good units got sold off at scrap prices. Damaged ones got put back into sellable stock and came straight back again. Nobody could tell you which, because none of it was written down.
Between us we’d spent our careers in this trade, mostly watching that happen. Eventually it seemed worth building a company around fixing it.
Today we do that work at sites across India, for brands, marketplaces, manufacturers and fulfilment centres.
On the floor
A person records exactly what they found. The grade that follows is generated by the system.
Moving the box is the easy part
Any transport company can get a return from a doorstep to a warehouse. The harder question is what you do with it once it’s sitting there. That’s the part we’re for — working out, unit by unit:
Five steps, same order, every time
Inspect
Open it. Check the serial number against the paperwork. See what’s in the box and what isn’t.
Grade
The system reads the recorded condition against predefined grading logic and generates the grade. Monday’s answer matches Thursday’s because no one is deciding it by eye.
Decide
Pick the exit: repair, refurbish, repack, resell, send back out, liquidate, or recycle it.
Document
Photograph it, log the grade, note who decided and when. This is the step people skip.
Improve
Watch what keeps coming back, then tell you where upstream it’s going wrong.
What you’d notice about working with us
We’re asking what it’s worth
Every check exists to answer a commercial question, not to fill in a form.
The system sets the grade
Inspectors record the condition; predefined grading logic does the rest. Same inputs, same grade, whichever site and whichever month.
You can check our work
Photos, video, serial numbers, timestamps, and the logic behind the grade. Disagree with a grade and you can go look at what produced it.
We’ve handled your product
Electronics, appliances, white goods, general retail. A phone and a fridge fail differently.
We travel
We work at sites across India, wherever the stock has piled up.
Leadership and Governance
Four people run this business. Here’s who they are and what they did before.
What we’re not
Easier to say this now than three meetings in.
We’re not only software
Our system generates the grades, but a platform on its own can’t open a carton. You get both: people who inspect, and grading logic that decides.
We’re not the cheapest
Somebody will always quote less per unit. Usually they’re sampling a pallet where we’re opening every box on it.
We’re not your 3PL
We don’t want the whole warehouse. We do the quality and recovery end and work alongside whoever already moves your freight.
We won’t flatter your process
If the audit finds the problem starts upstream in packing, that’s what the report says — even when it’s not the answer anyone wanted.
Come and see how we work.
Bring us a batch you’re unsure about. We’ll go through it unit by unit and tell you what we find.
